Returns

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery (7 days if you are returning for exchange or size issues).

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including press-on nail toolkit, box, and labels.

  • To start a return, email us at baenailofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receipt at baenailofficial@gmail.com.

  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the product, and we will send a replacement once inspected.

  • For size-related issues, please review our size guide carefully before purchase. We cannot exchange or refund items ordered in the wrong size.

Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to items returned in original condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

  • Opened or used nail products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom orders and personalized products

  • Sale items, promotional items, and holiday event items (FINAL SALE)

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable products

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling Off Period)

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
