1. Returns
- You may return unused and unopened nail products within 7days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at baenailofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, press-on nail toolkit, and labels. For press-on nails, please ensure they are securely placed in the original box for return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
2. Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at baenailofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item, and a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds are issued for returned items in their original condition, as described in the "Returns" section above.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened nail products, as they are considered personal hygiene items.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
