Stolen Items:  

Bae Nail is not responsible for any stolen items after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

• File a complaint with your local police station to report the theft.

Returns

• You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery (7 days if you are returning for exchange or size issues).

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including press-on nail toolkit, box, and labels.

• To start a return, email us at baenailofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receipt at baenailofficial@gmail.com.

• Our team will provide instructions for returning the product, and we will send a replacement once inspected.

• For size-related issues, please review our size guide carefully before purchase. We cannot exchange or refund items ordered in the wrong size.
