Stolen Items:  

Bae Nail is not responsible for any stolen items after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If you believe your package was stolen after it was marked as delivered, we recommend taking the following steps:

• File a mail theft claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the relevant postal carrier in your region.
• File a complaint with your local police station to report the theft.

By following these steps, you can initiate an investigation into the stolen package and take appropriate action to address the situation.

1. Returns

• You may return unused and unopened nail products within 7days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at baenailofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
• Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, press-on nail toolkit, and labels. For press-on nails, please ensure they are securely placed in the original box for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.

2. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at baenailofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
• We will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item, and a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

3. Refunds (if applicable)
